Reports to: Lounge Supervisor

As the Lounge Attendant, you will play a crucial role at the lounge by demonstrating to our customers the 3 key brand values of ‘Thoughtful’, ‘Progressive’ & ‘Can-do Spirit’, making all the moments of truth memorable by understanding the voice of our customers and ensuring top-notch lounge experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to customers with warmth and professionalism and in accordance to company and legal standards relating to service, food safety, health and safety
• Present menus, take orders accurately and serve food & beverages
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of food & beverages items and make recommendation
• Interact with customers, understand their needs and requirements, ensure high customer satisfaction during their stay
• Maintain lounge cleanliness & uphold stock levels
• Support Supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist the rest of thelounge team if required

Requirements

• Right to work in Hong Kong
• Minimum age of 18
• High school graduate or above
• Good command of spoken and written English, with Cantonese and Putonghua as an advantage
• Relevant working experience in airport, lounge, catering hospitality, fine dining, luxury hotel or similar service environments is an advantage
• Strong customer service‑oriented attitude with attention to detail
• Energetic, helpful and outgoing personality with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Flexibility to work shift schedules and overtime when required
• As the position is a Safety‑Sensitive Role, you are required to pass a pre‑employment drug test in accordance with the HKCAD Guidance for Screening of Psychoactive Substances(CAD373), in addition to a medical assessment
